# Admin Module

User management, project management, project team assignments, reporting, CSV exports, audit logs, and settings.

Settings include company details and configurable PDF header/footer text.

Settings also support replacing the application logo/favicon and defining default notification recipient emails.

Admins can archive reports, view archived reports through the report status filter, and use date ranges on report/audit views and report exports.

Settings include maintenance actions for sending a test email and downloading a ZIP backup containing a JSON database export plus stored report/brand files.

Admins can run bulk report actions for selected reports, including archive and approved-PDF ZIP export.

Scheduled backups run through the backups:run Artisan command and prune older scheduled backup ZIP files based on the retention limit.

Admins can restore a backup from Settings by uploading a backup ZIP/JSON and typing RESTORE. The system creates a pre-restore backup before importing.

Admins can restore database content and stored private/public files from backup ZIPs.

Admins can manage custom report checklist fields from Settings using add/remove/reorder controls with stable keys and labels.
